Jack Turner
Jack Turner assumed CEO in April 2022 after serving as XSITE’s Director of Sales since the company founding. He has been integral to the company’s growth from a defense start-up to a thriving Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with presence in San Diego, California, Doral, Florida, Denver, Colorado, and Royersford, Pennsylvania. Jack is the former Southern California area Director for Accenture Federal Systems. He has over ten years of systems engineering, integration and modeling and simulation support for Navy PEO Space Systems and SPAWAR’s Communications Satellite Program Office. He worked extensively on the development, launch and operations of the Navy’s Ultra High Frequency Follow-On (UFO) program and the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS). A retired Navy helicopter pilot, he holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University. Jack and his wife, Christy, live in El Cajon, CA.

James Roe is a former submariner with over 25 years of Government and Military experience. He is an experienced Program Manager as well as a Navy Acquisition and Federal Contracts expert who has supported various program offices at PEO C4I and NAVWAR including PMW 770 supporting the Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR), PMW 790 supporting Tactical Switching, and PMW 160 supporting Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise System (CANES) and Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) systems. He holds a MA in Management from National University, a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, is PMP certified, and is DAWIA Level II certified in Contracts. James and his wife, Adelle, live in Spring Valley, CA.
